- This is a rule of life—a structured rhythm intended to bring your mind, body, and spirit back into harmony. Since you’ve shared that you are seeking a deeper walk with Christ, this plan is built around that foundation while also incorporating practical habits that support healing.
The goal of these eight weeks is not perfection. It is faithfulness. Some days you will do everything; some days you will not. When you stumble, don’t restart from Week 1—simply continue the next day.
Your Daily Rhythm (Every Day for Eight Weeks)
Morning (before checking your phone if possible)
- Wake at the same time each day (aim for 6:00–6:30 a.m.).
- Thank God for the gift of a new day.
- Read one chapter of Scripture.
- Spend 20–30 minutes in prayer.
- Sit quietly with God for 10 minutes.
- Write three things you are grateful for.
- Review your purpose for the day.

At the end of each week, reflect:
- What strengthened me this week?
- Where did I struggle?
- What patterns did I notice?
- What is one habit I will improve next week?
- How did I see God at work?
Finally, remember the aim of this journey:
You are not trying to become a different person overnight. You are allowing God to restore what has become fragmented. Healing often happens through many small acts of faithfulness rather than one dramatic moment.
As says:
“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.” (3 John 1:2)
May these eight weeks become a season in which your mind is renewed, your body is strengthened, your spirit is rooted more deeply in Christ, and your life begins to reflect a growing wholeness.
