A Good Life, A holy man, Life Assessment

1 Week Life Assessment program, where am I now?

This is an excellent place to begin. Before you can rebuild your life, you need an honest picture of where you are today. Don’t judge yourself during this process. Simply observe. Think of yourself as a compassionate student of your own life.

Use a score of 1–10 for every question:

  • 1–3: This area needs urgent attention.
  • 4–6: There is progress, but significant growth is needed.
  • 7–8: This area is healthy but can still improve.
  • 9–10: This is a strength—continue to nurture it.

Remember

This assessment is not about condemning yourself. It is about telling yourself the truth with humility and hope. Honest self-awareness is the foundation of lasting change.

As says:

“Let us examine our ways and test them, and let us return to the Lord.” (Lamentations 3:40)

And as beautifully prays:

“Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.” (Psalm
