Foundation Scripture for the Entire Eight Weeks

I encourage you to begin every morning by reading these three passages before moving into that week’s readings:

  • Matthew 22:37–39 – Love God with all your heart, soul, and mind, and love your neighbor as yourself.
  • Micah 6:8 – “He has shown you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.”
  • 3 John 1:2 – “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.”

These passages beautifully summarize the purpose of your eight-week journey: to love God fully, walk humbly with Him, care for your whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and become more like Christ each day.
