6 Months Plan to get there you need to be with new habits and a new way of navigating your internal and external world – Social: Focuses on how you interact with the world and your community, including giving back.

Here is a structured 6-Month Social Growth & Community Impact Plan designed to help you build new habits and develop a healthier way of navigating both your internal world (confidence, belonging, social identity, contribution mindset) and your external world (networks, communication, community involvement, service).

This is about becoming socially connected, confident, and impactful — not just busy.


6-Month Social & Community Upgrade Plan

Month 1: Social Awareness & Audit (Foundation Phase)
