Welcome.
I’m really glad you’re here.
Before we begin, I want to acknowledge something important:
The fact that you chose to show up today already tells me that a part of you is ready for change – even if another part feels tired,
uncertain,
or
guarded.
All of that is welcome here.
This space is not about fixing you.
It’s not about forcing forgiveness,
rushing healing,
or
reliving painful memories.
Nothing is required of you except your honest presence.
For the next 60 minutes,
you are invited to slow down.
To step out of the noise of the world.
To place the weight you’ve been carrying –
regrets,
unfinished stories,
self-blame,
expectations – gently on the ground.
You don’t have to carry it alone anymore.
This session is trauma-informed, which means:
- You are always in control
- You can keep your eyes open or closed
- You can step back, breathe, or simply listen at any time
There is no right or wrong way to experience this.
Today is about letting go without punishment.
Releasing without erasing your story.
Leaving behind what no longer serves you – without regret.
Because regret keeps us tied to the past,
and release gives us permission to live.
If it feels comfortable,
I invite you now to gently arrive in your body.
Notice your breath.
Notice the surface supporting you.
You don’t need to change anything – just notice.
As we move through this experience together, remember:
- You are not broken.
- You are not behind.
- And you are allowed to move forward lighter than you arrived.
