Let Go. Leave Behind. Release Yourself — No Regrets

0–5 MIN | Arrival & Safety

Facilitator (spoken):

Welcome again.

I’m really glad you’re here.

Before we begin, I want you to know that this space is intentional,

gentle,

and safe.

Nothing will be forced.

Nothing will be rushed.

You are always in control of your experience.

Close your eyes now and only listen to my voice.

For the next hour,

you don’t need to perform,

explain,

or hold yourself together for anyone else.

You can simply be.

If at any point you need to open your eyes,

shift your body,

or

step away briefly,

please do so.

Your nervous system knows what it needs.

This is not just another online session.

This is your crossing point.

5–10 MIN | Grounding the Body

If it feels comfortable,

allow your feet to rest flat on the floor.

Notice the surface supporting your body.

Take a slow breath in through your nose…

and an easy breath out through your mouth.

No special breathing technique.

Just noticing that you are here.

As you breathe,

silently say to yourself:

“In this moment,

I am safe.”

Let your shoulders soften.

Let your jaw unclench.

There is nothing you need to hold up right now.

10–20 MIN | Naming the Weight

This year has asked a lot of you.

Some of what you’re carrying belongs to growth.

Some of it… never belonged to you at all.

Without analyzing or judging, gently notice:

  • regrets you replay let go them now and feel the relief – pause
  • guilt you still carry let go it now and feel the relief – pause
  • shame that whispers you should have known better let go it now and feel the relief – pause
  • stories that never got closure let go them now and feel the relief – pause

You do not need to revisit the details.

Just notice the weight of it.

And remind yourself:

Awareness is not punishment. It is the beginning of release and letting go.

20–30 MIN | Conscious Letting Go

Now imagine this weight has form –

not a story,

just a shape.

You might see it as a bundle,

a bag,

a stone,

or something abstract.

Whatever comes is fine.

Notice how long you’ve been carrying it.

Notice how heavy it feels.

And when you’re ready, imagine placing it down in front of you.

You are not throwing it away in anger.

You are setting it down with respect.

Silently say: “Thank you for what you taught me.

I release you now.”

Let go does not mean it didn’t matter.

It means it no longer controls you.

30–40 MIN | Leaving the Old Patterns

Some patterns kept you safe once.

But safety is not the same as freedom.

Notice any habits,

roles,

or identities you’re ready to leave behind:

  • over-explaining – pause
  • self-blame – pause
  • people-pleasing – pause
  • surviving instead of living – pause

You don’t need to fight them.

Simply acknowledge them.

And gently say:

“You helped me survive.

I no longer need you to live.”

Feel the space that begins to open where these patterns once lived.

40–50 MIN | Stepping Forward — No Regrets

Now imagine yourself standing at the edge of this year.

Behind you: what you’ve released.

Ahead of you: open space.

You are not required to know every step forward.

You are only asked to take one.

Only one.

Visualize yourself stepping into the next chapter lighter.

  • Not perfect. – pause
  • Not healed forever. – pause

Just free enough to move on – pause

Silently repeat:

  • I am allowed to move forward without regret. – pause
  • I am allowed to begin again. – pause
  • I am not late to my life. – pause

Let those words settle into your body.

50–55 MIN | Integration

Take another slow breath.

Notice your body now compared to when we began.

Even subtle shifts matter.

You may feel calm. – pause

You may feel emotional. – pause

You may feel nothing at all. – pause

All responses are valid.

Release doesn’t always feel dramatic.

Sometimes it feels like quiet relief.

55–60 MIN | Closing & Return

As we get ready to close, place one hand over your heart if that feels okay.

  • Thank yourself for showing up. – pause
  • For choosing release over repetition. – pause

This work continues gently, in your own time, through your own choices.

Remember:

  • You did not fail this year. – pause
  • You learned. – pause
  • You survived. – pause
  • And now – you release. – pause
  • Come back slowly. – pause

Open your eyes when you’re ready.

You came as you were. And you leave lighter.
