30 Days Action Plan: THE CHAKRA BIBLE – A Book by Gerald Crawford (2026). – Understanding the Energy Within. Transforming the Life Without.

30 Days to a More Connected Life

A Practical Chakra Action Plan

The principle is simple:

Learn it. Feel it. Reflect on it. Practise it. Live it.

Each day asks you to spend a little time connecting with one aspect of yourself and then turning that awareness into a practical action.

WEEK 1 — ROOT: I AM HERE

Focus: Safety, stability, belonging, grounding and connection to the physical world.

Day 1 — Become Present

Focus: Where am I?

Spend 10 minutes sitting quietly and noticing your body, your breathing and your surroundings.

Ask yourself:

  • How am I feeling physically?
  • Do I feel safe?
  • What is happening in my life right now?
  • What am I taking for granted?

Action: Spend 10 minutes outside without your phone.

Daily statement:
I am here. I am present. I belong in this moment.

Day 2 — Create Stability

Look at the areas of your life that provide stability: home, finances, work, routines and relationships.

Action: Choose one small area of disorder and bring some order to it.

Clean a drawer. Organise your workspace. Pay an outstanding bill. Complete something you have been postponing.

Reflection:
What creates a sense of stability in my life?

Day 3 — Come Back Into Your Body

Many of us live predominantly in our heads.

Action: Take a 20-minute mindful walk. Notice your feet touching the ground, your breathing, temperature, sounds and movement.

Do not listen to music or podcasts.

Reflection:
What does my body need from me?

Day 4 — Reconnect With Nature

Spend time somewhere natural.

Sit beneath a tree. Walk barefoot on grass or sand. Watch the sunrise or sunset.

Action: Spend at least 20 minutes consciously observing nature.

Reflection:
What happens inside me when I slow down and connect with nature?

Day 5 — Gratitude for What Supports Me

Make a list of 10 things that currently support your life.

They can be people, places, abilities, opportunities or simple things.

Action: Thank one person who contributes positively to your life.

Day 6 — Let Go of One Fear

Identify one fear that has been influencing your choices.

Ask:

Is this fear protecting me, limiting me, or both?

Action: Take one small step toward something you have been avoiding.

Day 7 — Root Chakra Review

Sit quietly and review the previous six days.

Write down:

What makes me feel safe?
What makes me feel unstable?
What do I need more of?
What do I need less of?

Then choose one change to carry forward.

WEEK 2 — SACRAL: I FEEL

Focus: Emotions, relationships, pleasure, creativity, intimacy and allowing yourself to experience life.

Day 8 — Feel What You Feel

Today, don’t immediately fix your emotions.

When an emotion appears, say:

I am feeling ______.

Don’t judge it. Don’t suppress it.

Action: Write down three emotions you experienced today and what triggered them.

Day 9 — Rediscover Pleasure

Ask yourself:

What genuinely brings me joy?

Not what impresses others. Not what you think you should enjoy.

Action: Do one thing simply because you enjoy it.

Day 10 — Creativity

Creativity is not restricted to artists.

Cook something differently. Draw. Write. Garden. Build something. Dance. Rearrange your home.

Action: Create something without worrying whether it is “good.”

Day 11 — Examine Your Relationships

Make three lists:

People who energise me
People who drain me
People with whom I feel authentic

Don’t judge the people. Observe the relationships.

Reflection:
Where do I feel most like myself?

Day 12 — Boundaries

Identify one place where you regularly say “yes” when you actually want to say “no.”

Action: Practise one healthy boundary.

A boundary doesn’t have to be aggressive.

It can simply be:

That doesn’t work for me.

Day 13 — Forgive Yourself

Think about something from your past that you continue to punish yourself for.

Ask:

What did that version of me know then that I know now?

Action: Write yourself a short letter of compassion.

Day 14 — Sacral Review

Ask:

  • What emotions do I avoid?
  • What brings me joy?
  • Where do I need better boundaries?
  • Where am I withholding myself from life?

Choose one practical change.

WEEK 3 — SOLAR PLEXUS: I CHOOSE

Focus: Personal power, confidence, responsibility, discipline and choice.

Day 15 — Take Responsibility

Ask:

What is my part?

Look at one area of your life that isn’t working.

Instead of asking who is to blame, ask:

What part of this belongs to me?

Action: Take responsibility for one thing you can actually change.

Day 16 — Stop Giving Your Power Away

Notice how often you say:

“They made me feel…”
“They won’t let me…”
“I have no choice…”
“I can’t because…”

Action: Replace one externalised statement with:

I choose…

Day 17 — Make One Decision

Identify a decision you have been postponing.

Action: Make the decision—or establish a clear process and deadline for making it.

Small decisions strengthen the habit of choosing.

Day 18 — Discipline

Choose one small behaviour you want to improve.

Examples:

  • Wake up at a consistent time.
  • Walk every day.
  • Reduce unnecessary screen time.
  • Drink more water.
  • Read for 20 minutes.

Action: Do it today.

Day 19 — Your Personal Values

Write down your five most important values.

Then ask:

Does the way I currently live reflect these values?

Circle one value that needs more expression.

Day 20 — Do Something Difficult

Choose something constructive that you have been avoiding.

Do it.

Not because you feel like it.

Because you decided it matters.

Day 21 — Solar Plexus Review

Complete this sentence:

“I am responsible for…”

Then complete:

“I am no longer willing to…”

And finally:

“I choose to…”

WEEK 4 — HEART: I CONNECT

Focus: Love, compassion, forgiveness, gratitude, empathy and connection.

Day 22 — Appreciate Someone

Think about someone who has positively influenced your life.

Action: Tell them.

Don’t assume they know.

Day 23 — Listen

Have one conversation today where your goal isn’t to respond.

Your goal is to understand.

Action: Ask someone:

“Tell me how you really are.”

Then listen.

Day 24 — Practise Compassion

When someone frustrates you today, pause before reacting.

Ask:

What might this person be carrying that I cannot see?

This doesn’t mean accepting harmful behaviour.

It means creating space between stimulus and response.

Day 25 — Forgiveness

Choose one person or situation you continue carrying emotionally.

Forgiveness does not necessarily mean reconciliation.

It can mean:

I no longer want to carry this pain everywhere I go.

Write down what you are ready to release.

Day 26 — Give

Do something generous without expecting anything in return.

Give your time.
Give encouragement.
Give attention.
Give kindness.

Action: Help someone today.

Day 27 — Connect

Spend meaningful time with someone you care about.

No phones.

No distractions.

Just presence.

THE FINAL THREE DAYS — INTEGRATION

Now we bring the seven chakras together.

Day 28 — Mind, Body and Spirit

Sit quietly and ask:

Body: What is my body telling me?

Mind: What am I thinking about repeatedly?

Emotion: What am I feeling?

Spirit: What gives my life meaning?

Write without editing yourself.

Day 29 — Design Your Life

Look at the previous 28 days.

Identify:

Three things I want more of.

Three things I want less of.

Three relationships I want to nurture.

Three behaviours I want to change.

Three values I want to live more fully.

Then create your personal 30-day continuation plan.

DAY 30 — CHOOSE

This is the culmination of the journey.

Sit somewhere quiet.

Reflect on the person you were on Day 1.

Then ask:

What have I learned about myself?

What have I changed?

What do I now understand differently?

Where am I more connected?

Where am I still disconnected?

And finally:

What do I choose now?

Write your own declaration:

I choose to be present.
I choose to know myself.
I choose to listen to my body.
I choose to understand my emotions.
I choose my thoughts and responses.
I choose responsibility.
I choose connection.
I choose compassion.
I choose what I give my time, attention and energy to.
I choose how I live.

The 30-Day Chakra Practice

The deeper message of the programme is that the chakras don’t have to remain an abstract spiritual concept.

They become a map for self-examination:

Chakra Life Question
Root Am I grounded and secure?
Sacral Am I allowing myself to feel and experience life?
Solar Plexus Am I taking responsibility and making conscious choices?
Heart Am I connected to myself and others?
Throat Am I expressing my truth?
Third Eye Am I seeing clearly?
Crown What gives my life meaning and connection?

And that gives the book a powerful practical conclusion:

The purpose isn’t to become an expert on the chakras. The purpose is to become more aware of yourself.

The chakras become a language for understanding the different dimensions of our experience—and a practical framework for doing something about what we discover.
