Below is a gentle, Tool-Set you can hand out before the Online Transformational Event – 29 December 2025
so participants arrive feeling safe, prepared, and supported.
🌿 Pre-Event Tool-Set
Let Go. Leave Behind. Release Yourself – No Regrets
How to Use This Tool-Set
You don’t need to complete everything.
Use what feels supportive.
There is no right way to prepare.
This event does not require emotional intensity—only honest presence.
1. Safety & Self-Permission Agreement
Before the session, gently read and agree to the following:
- I am in control of my experience
- I can pause, breathe, or step away at any time
- I do not need to revisit painful memories to release them
- I choose compassion over self-judgment
- I am allowed to move forward without regret
👉 You may want to write or print this and keep it nearby during the session.
2. Nervous System Grounding Tool (2 Minutes)
Use this if you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected before the event.
The 3–2–1 Grounding Practice
- Name 3 things you can see
- Name 2 things you can feel (clothes, chair, floor)
- Name 1 thing you can hear
Finish with one slow breath in… and a longer breath out.
3. Gentle Reflection Prompts (Optional)
You do not need to answer these fully.
A few words or thoughts are enough.
- What feels heavy as this year comes to a close?
- What am I ready to stop carrying into the next chapter?
- What would relief feel like in my body?
👉 If emotions arise, simply notice them—no fixing required.
4. Release Without Retelling Tool
You are not required to relive details.
Instead, try this sentence stem:
“I am ready to release the impact of ______, even if the memory remains.”
This allows healing without re-traumatization.
5. Physical Environment Preparation
Create a small sense of safety and intention:
- A quiet space where you won’t be interrupted
- Comfortable seating or a cushion
- A glass of water or warm drink
- Optional: candle, plant, or calming object
Your body reads environment as safety.
6. Emotional Boundaries Reminder
During and after the session:
- You don’t need to explain your experience to anyone
- You don’t need to make decisions immediately
- You don’t need to feel “better” right away
Release can feel subtle. That still counts.
7. Post-Session Care Plan (Simple)
Plan one gentle action for after the session:
- a walk
- journaling
- rest
- music
- quiet time
Healing integrates through softness, not pressure.
8. Closing Intention
Before the event begins, silently say:
“I come as I am.
I release what I can.
I trust the rest to unfold.”
🌱 Final Reminder
This event is not about erasing your past.
It is about loosening its hold on you.
You are allowed to let go.
You are allowed to leave behind.
You are allowed to move forward – no regrets.
