Induction
“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll have the opportunity to embrace your worthiness of love. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow any tension or anxiety to release from your body. Feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more centered with each breath.
Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, serene environment, surrounded by vibrant flowers, soothing music, and warm, comforting light. Allow yourself to settle into this tranquil space, letting go of any thoughts, worries, or concerns.
Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, repeat the phrase: ‘I am safe, I am relaxed, and I am ready to embrace my worthiness of love.’ Allow these words to resonate deep within your heart, and feel the sense of peace and tranquility spreading throughout your body.”
Deepening
“Allow yourself to settle deeper into this relaxed state, like sinking into a warm, comforting bath. Feel your body becoming heavier, more relaxed, and more peaceful with each breath.
Imagine a gentle, soothing breeze caressing your skin, whispering words of comfort, reassurance, and self-love. As you inhale, imagine this breeze filling your lungs with calm, peaceful energy. As you exhale, imagine any remaining tension or stress releasing from your body.
You’re now in a deep state of relaxation, where your subconscious mind is open to positive suggestions and guidance. Allow yourself to let go of any negative self-talk, self-doubt, or fear of not being worthy of love, and instead, focus on embracing your worthiness of love.”
Embracing Worthiness of Love
“Imagine yourself surrounded by loving energy, feeling seen, heard, and validated. See yourself as a deserving, worthy, and lovable person, deserving of all the love and affection you desire.
Repeat after me: ‘I am worthy of love, I am deserving of love, and I am enough.’ Allow these words to sink deep into your subconscious mind, and feel the sense of self-love, self-acceptance, and self-worth spreading throughout your body.
