"Action Plan"

Action plan day 1

Action Plan: Psalm 139:23–24

Theme: “Search me, O God.”

Morning

  • Begin with a moment of silence.
  • Read Psalm 139:23–24 slowly three times.
  • Pray: “Lord, search my heart today. Help me to see myself as You see me.”

During the Day

Ask yourself these questions:

  • What am I feeling right now?
  • Why am I reacting this way?
  • Is my response rooted in love, fear, pride, or insecurity?
  • How can I honor Christ in this moment?

When you become anxious, pause and pray:

“Lord, I give this anxiety to You. Lead me in Your way.”

Evening Reflection

Journal your answers:

  1. Where did I experience God’s presence today?
  2. Where did I struggle?
  3. Did I notice any sinful attitudes or unhealthy patterns?
  4. What do I need to confess?
  5. What is one thing the Holy Spirit is inviting me to change?

Read 1 John 1:9, confess your sins honestly, receive God’s forgiveness, and thank Him for His grace.

This Week’s Practice

Choose one area where you sense God is working—such as impatience, fear, pride, unforgiveness, or worry—and intentionally surrender it to Him every day in prayer.

Memory Verse

“Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.” — Psalm 139:23–24
