Scripture, philosophy, and lived human experience.
- You are a body.
- You are a soul.
- You are a spirit.
Not three separate things—but one integrated being.
You are a body
Your body is your earthly home.
It is how you touch the world, work in it, love in it, and serve in it.
Your body:
- Feels pain and pleasure
- Carries memory and trauma
- Needs rest, nourishment, and care
Your body is not “less spiritual.”
It is the temple, the place where spirit is expressed in the physical world.
You are a soul
Your soul is your inner life.
Your soul is where:
- Emotions live
- Desires rise
- Imagination speaks
- Personality forms
Your soul remembers love and loss.
It can be wounded—and it can be healed.
Much of healing work happens here: restoring trust, dignity, and truth.
You are a spirit
Your spirit is your God-breathed essence.
Your spirit:
- Knows truth before words
- Recognizes God
- Longs for meaning, alignment, and eternity
The spirit is not driven by fear—it is drawn by truth.
When your spirit leads, there is peace, clarity, and quiet strength.
Order matters
When life is out of alignment:
- The body reacts with tension or illness
- The soul becomes restless or heavy
- The spirit feels distant
Healing happens when the order is restored:
- Spirit leads
- Soul aligns
- Body follows
Wholeness
You are not broken because you struggle.
You struggle because you are human and layered.
True healing is not escaping the body, suppressing the soul, or forcing spirituality.
It is integration.
- Being fully present
- Fully honest
- Fully alive
That is wholeness.
