Month 6 – PATIENCE – 30 day program. – Deep Healing Journey

Month 6 – PATIENCE (30-Day Healing & Formation Journey)

Healing and formation program centered on living and being the Nine Fruits of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22–23).
This is not self-improvement but inner transformation—healing the roots of pain, fear, shame, and separation so the fruit emerges naturally.
The rhythm reflects gestation: what is conceived in the spirit is slowly formed, integrated, and embodied.

“The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.” — Galatians 5:22–23

FRUIT FORMING WITHIN YOU

Patience is not inaction—it is trust in timing.
Not stagnation—but steady unfolding.
Not avoidance—but presence in process.

When the inner rush slows, life begins to reveal its natural rhythm.

Month 6 – PATIENCE is now fully structured in the canvas and fits seamlessly as a precursor to Peace in Month 7.

Key transformational work in this month:

  • Frames patience as trust in divine timing, not passive waiting

  • Heals frustration, resentment, and performance identity

  • Teaches participants to slow the inner driver and live in rhythm with process

  • Uses sacred pauses, conscious waiting, and gentle awareness of triggers

  • Prepares the nervous system for calm regulation in Peace (Month 7)

The sequence is intentional: after self-control, gentleness, faithfulness, and goodness, participants now trust time itself, creating fertile ground for internal and relational peace.
